1. Scope of Service

The World Networks provides a trusted ecosystem for entrepreneurs and changemakers, offering networking opportunities, VIP events, and ambassador programs globally, including our expansion into Uganda.

2. Event Attendance & VIP Guest List

  • Invitations: Access to private “Meet and Greet” soirees, such as Agnesa Sahakyan’s book launch, is strictly limited.
  • VIP Status: Only individuals on the official VIP Guest List will receive an invitation.
  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke invitations to maintain the integrity and safety of our elite networking environment.

3. Membership & Collaboration

  • Conduct: Our mission is rooted in unity, loyalty, and collaboration. Members are expected to interact with professional integrity.
  • The “Power of We”: We facilitate the sharing of knowledge and resources to turn ideas into thriving ventures. However, The World Networks does not guarantee specific financial results from these collaborations.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Branding: “The World Networks” and the “Official Network of Entrepreneurs Worldwide©” are protected marks.
  • Content: All website content, including event details for the Red Carpet Official Launch of The World Networks Uganda, is the property of The World Networks.
  • Author Content: Materials related to Agnesa Sahakyan’s book, The World Needs You, are subject to copyright and are used here for event promotion purposes.

5. Ambassador Program

Ambassadors, such as Mr. Ochieng Kennedy, represent the values of The World Networks. While we empower ambassadors to drive local action, they must adhere to our global standards of philanthropic and entrepreneurial excellence.

6. Media & Press

By attending our events (such as those featuring local and international media), participants acknowledge that their image or likeness may be captured in photography or video for promotional use by The World Networks.

7. Limitation of Liability

The World Networks provides a platform for connection. We are not liable for the individual business decisions, contracts, or outcomes resulting from connections made within the network.
